A client of mine (with a serious budget but I will not state how serious) is seeking ~

A typo portfolio making $50 k - $100 k monthly

Please note I am a domain broker
If I successfully sell your typo package I will charge you (the seller) a 10% commission

Very confused.

1. You say the buyer is your client --but you want the seller to pay your commission? How does that square with the law of agency? If you are not acting on their behalf, why should they pay you a commission?

2. There is a separate Domain Brokerage thread. I think this belongs there..

Essentially I am acting on behalf of any sellers with suitable packages to offer. The option for the seller to make use of my offer to broker is entirely at their discretion. I have the contact and although I am acting on the potential buyers behalf clearly I am not doing this for charity as I am in the main a domain broker.

This definitely belongs in the domain brokerage section or advertisement section.
