OK, I read it again ... but I still don't uderstand. What do you mean by a "generic user name". I'm looking for info on reseller accounts, and I was hoping to obtain some here in this thread.

It means, when you get a 6.95 account, it has already been set up...it is not being set up especially for you...so you cannot be "coolhost" as a user name...

By generic, I mean I have one account left with a generic username like "domain", etc....
