well you got the first half correct ,,,,,,,, there will be many sites with 739 in the future , i think the second half is quite obvious , it poses the question that if you own a name with letters and numbers ..... the equal can be regged as phonepad words

give that man a cookie !!!!!! , now the question is if the owner of sex247.com wanted to a word-dial type thing ........ it would restrict them because they cant convert the word to numbers (i have the numbers) ....... just one scenario !!!
