Hatton Garden is a area in London Famous for its jewellry. If you want a quality piece, thats where you would go. I purchased this with the intention of developing it in a few months. I plan to sell advertising space to the companies located on there to be listed on the directory. Could generate a nice little income, and once up, theres no on going work

The poll dosen't make sense if you're gonna develop it. The value would be in the advertising and that would depend on traffic. As the names sits alone...$0.

i wanted an idea of the value undeveloped.

Got no plans to sell this, as i think the revenue it can generate for a little work makes it not worth selling.

I have never heard of Hatton Garden, but if it is indeed famous and prestigious, then making a small directory site with all the shopping stores there could be a great way to increase the value.

HattonGarden.com would be better, but who know. I would say $100 undeveloped resale.
