Hatton Garden is a area in London Famous for its jewellry. If you want a quality piece, thats where you would go. I purchased this with the intention of developing it in a few months. I plan to sell advertising space to the companies located on there to be listed on the directory. Could generate a nice little income, and once up, theres no on going work :)

Comments/suggestions appreciated.

The poll dosen't make sense if you're gonna develop it. The value would be in the advertising and that would depend on traffic. As the names sits alone...$0.

i wanted an idea of the value undeveloped.

Got no plans to sell this, as i think the revenue it can generate for a little work makes it not worth selling.

I have never heard of Hatton Garden, but if it is indeed famous and prestigious, then making a small directory site with all the shopping stores there could be a great way to increase the value.

HattonGarden.com would be better, but who know. I would say $100 undeveloped resale.

Good luck.
