I've tried estibot a few times and the pricing seems kind of inaccurate. Some of the names it gives lower estimates can probably sell for more to the average buyer. It looks like it gives higher values if there is some traffic and/or decent amount of searches or pay per click value for the keywords so those names may be worth close to estimated prices only to someone who specifically pays for advertising on those keywords. Pretty sure balloons has 2 L's so that domain has zero value.
