I have been looking at these for a while to see what others had to say, but nothing so far, so I will go ahead and give my opinion.

RatemyForum is absolutely marvelous IMO. low $XXX (developed much much more, and its a yummy for development).

HardwareBoard is also superb, as is archive.ws
the others, not so good IMO.

Archive.ws totally rocks! but the .ws ext not that much up to scale. HardwareBoard.com also looks good. mid - low $xxx imo, development with give them added value. cheers.
