Thanks for the offer but it wouldn't make sense for me to split. Besides I purchased it from someone else and the only way I can sell it is with the site itself.

Taking offers on it at the moment. Might consider some work on one of my other sites and some cash in trade. As far as advertising I just have a popup with fastclick and a few other adverts with them that make roughly 30 a month. I've had people wanting to do some things with it in the recent past but I personally lost interest in maintaining the site and haven't followed up with those. If someone would take some time and add some additional content and additional advertising it could easily make more.

I'll take $125 for pick flicks , as far as offers on club showcase current offer is at 200 but I spent $125 on the custom search script a couple of months ago. The site gets a number of first page results on searches such as this http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=nashville+nightclubs&fr=fp-top on multiple SE's as well as google PR's of 3+ on these pages.
