unuseddomains quote says it all
'he is perplexed'
99.9999% reaction on the street would be what the heck is that????????
Thats why its a reg fee to me.
I don't know why you go assasinating other peoples appraisels. If you think its worth alot then great. OR is that how it works in the US, if others don't agree with what you say then assasinate their views and shoot them down.
Then you go assasinate my names in which ebuf.com has had a 4 figure sum offered for. Seriously i don't know why someones opinion comes in for a personal assault and then personal assault from someone else about their names. Sure you might think it. But why post it.
No personal assault from me, but it seems like you are trying imitate Dr. Who by attempting to appraise every name you see and give little or nothing to back it up with.
If you want to appraise every name and rack up your number of posts that is fine, but at least have something to back them with.
I finally said something on this thread, because the reg fee stamp looked ridiculous with this name. I took just a minute or two to see if other extension were taken and if the other extensions of the name were taken.
That is all people are asking for. They do not mean to insult you and you should not take it that way.
I still disagree, and believe its a reg fee. However, domainogre - i wasn't your post that sparked fury inside of me. It was more Abusiveelusive and his comment and then jh3's sarcasm which turned out to be neievity, as i said ebuf.com i have already been offered 4 figures for. However one should expect that with abusivelusive with his name that he is a redneckand proud of it to just come out and insult me like that. There are quite a few people that just post an ammount. Is there really an issue with that. Im not trying to imitate d.who. I don't take potshots at other peoples appraisels that seem just as farfetched to me. Be them underpriced or overpriced. At the end of the day i appraise at prices i feel it is possible to sell them at without waiting an eternity or that are just unrealistic.
I didn't mean to start an appraisal flame by my post.
I am perplexed because I don't see how *I* would brand that name. It does not mean that I think that it is a bad name. As you may have noticed, I did not offer an appraisal, but instead asked for more info.
I am surprised that an appraisal thread can garner so much negativity. Just as there is a rule that says you shouldn't crap in someone's sale thread, should we not stop crapping on other's appraisals, unless they are malicious in nature?
This domain is not worth $1000 to me. But then again, I do not dictate the value of the market. I hope the seller gets a great deal out of it. There sure seems to be several domainers on this board who see a fair amount of value in this domain.
BTW, English is not my mother tongue - it's my third language. Maybe the linguisitc barrier is also to blame for my lack of enthusiasm for this name?
no unuseddomains your english is fine. I have never heard of it either, and neither have everyone else i've asked. I respect that people see value in it though, and i'm happy for rmf that there is value in it.
Not trying to fuel the fire here, but it would benefit the holder of the domain you're appraising if you acknowledge that you have no idea what the domain name is supposed to mean.
Maybe a mod could post a thread about this as a common courtesy. This isn't directed to anyone in particular because I've seen a LOT of people doing it lately.
