Hey Dark,

It is my right to comment on a thread whereby a clearly potential problem can occur for a buyer on this forum of a TM product. I am sure if you were going to buy a product for 1000.00 and did not disclose the potential problem of TM. Would you not appreciate this gesture. You just joined days ago.... I think you should learn more about letting others know what your selling and perhaps reading the rules.

I am telling you that I and other members have had serious issues over what are clearly TM problems. This domain your offering is a problem. It should be sold with a "buyer beware" tag!

If this thread and my comment help protect someone who wishes to buy a 1000.00 domain name with a problem.... then I am doing the right thing. This is not a 50.00 sale. I would not have left the comment if it were the case.

If you outlined the potential problem with the offer I would respect that.... but if the potential buyer is an amateur then it is up to us to bring the situation to light.

If you don't like my opinion .... complain to the "moderator" or pick up the phone and call me at 1 514 323 1000.
