Curious as to what the domain appraisal pros think here.

The accommodations.com (the senior sibling) has an interesting owner, whom I doubt wants to sell their name, so this name would arguably be next up on the value chain.

Right then, lets look at the figures.

From the figures there is no clear 'favorite' between the singular and the plural, however, the Overture figures show a 40% improvement of the plural over the singular, and that is some indication of this plurals popularity.

Although this is the .net I can see the market being ready for this one to be developed relatively easily, therefore no problem in reckoning that this is a $xx,xxx domain, whether low or mid depends on you as the seller and the desire of the buyer to purchase the domain.

BILLBO you dont look at OVT when comparing singular/plural variations, the singular in this case is worth a lot more! Though I still think this is a great name!
