Does anybody know when is the ActiveAudience payday?
I have two months pending...
Any feedbacks?
Thanks

From what I hear... nobody can get ahold of them for ANY reason. They NEVER return emails, have NO phone number and are constantly late with their payments... If it wasn't for their beautiful landers, I don't think anyone would pay them any attention at all.

Good Luck... sound like you're gonna need it.

This hasn't been my experience at all.

They get back to me in a pretty prompt manner when ever I've needed something from them.

My suggestion would be to use the contact form on their website. Works for me.

Oh, and I've not had any problems with getting paid on time either. I think they were one of the first payments I received this month.

When did you get paid Carlo?

They usually answer my emails in two days or so. I got the automatic answer ticket email, but still no reply.
Thanks.

Isn't ActiveAudience is sister company of Trafficz or Goldkey?
(I'm not sure which one).

Grevan --
Looked into your account and payment will be immediate upon you filling out some more info in your "account" tab.
I sent you a PM with further details.

We pay net 15, so September revenues are paid on or before Oct. 15. We typically do the payment script backend run on the 2rd of the month, to get the latest customer account information (see below), and payments are typically sent out by the 6th or 7th of the month.

Yes we are the sister company of Goldkey, both owned by NameMedia.

As far as GoPC's comments, the only time we are perceived as being late with payments is when account information isn't filled out. For example, we had a recent wire transfer rejected because the name of the customer's bank had changed in the interim from what they had on their account form.

And finally, here's my e-mail and phone number if there's ever any question from someone on the board:

I believe the account Brian was talking about with the wire issue is mine. :)

My bank merged with another and took on a new name. The routing number of course then did not match the bank which caused a problem. This of course was out of AA hands.

There was good communication and it was resolved as quickly as possible. I was also offered to get the payment quicker using paypal but wanted to get the wire issue sorted out.

Active Audience & Goldkey (same company) are good to work with in my oppinion.

Payment has arrived.
Problem was resolved very quickly.
Just to let people know it was my fault not filling my account details properly.
Point to ActiveAudience.
Thank you Brian
