I dont have any statistics about ages unfortunatly. If you could suggest a way of collecting this information in general then I would be able to.

I havent really tried using $DNF much yet, so i dont really know then exchange rate to real money. However I am open minded and you can PM me with what you would like to pay in $DNF if you want to progress with advertising.
