Affiliate Programs

Anybody know of any "pay per visitor" affiliate programs that allow you to redirect domains to them.

Basically instead of having a site with a banner that gets say $0.04 per Unique Click, I would like to just send all traffic to them and get $0.04 per unique visitor. Now im just using 4cents as an example, more would be better

i know of pay per visitor sites but im not sure if this would be allowed as their advertisers would get an extremely poor return on something like this

with pay per click search engines the visitors are going to sites which they choose but with this they could be redirected to anything and their advertisers would kick up hell about this
