Affiliate Software

Hi all, I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction. I'm looking to add a affiliate system to my web site, and I'm looking for some recommandations on what kind of software to use. I'm running off a linux server, so the program would have to be either cgi or php.

Thanks, I've found some there. I'm mostly looking for something that others have had experience with, this way I'll hopefully know what works and what doesn't.
