These are all e-mails collected using this particular domain's traffic so far. This number can be higher or lower, it depends how well the lander converts :). At the marketplace usually all domains are one year old or less.

OK. So its a similar metric to clicks, but it entails users filling in a contact form?

Yes, if I understan you correctly. The clicks are not reported here, they can be seen at the marketplace under "Hits" column. The leads and the other stats can be checked when user press (+) icon next to each domain. Here only percentages are listed.
