I'm looking for some quick feedback. I just received an offer (visit domain to see) and trying to determine whether I should counter or accept. This will be my first sale if I accept it.

I would greatly appreciate your appraisal.

If you'd sell it for $500 I'd take it to auction and leave the buy now as listed... ..they may even pay the buy now as not to lose the domain to another buyer.. after a day or two contact the buyer through afternics system and try to negotiate a higher offer from the buyer to end the auction G/L

$525 is the best offer I think. You should sell it fast.
