I have to decided to sell my directory www.allwebscape.com which is a free and paid general web directory which has already established itself in the web directory space on the web.
Important website features include:
* The database contains about 2000 active submissions.
* The directory is powered by the popular PHP Link Directory, which I have modified.
* Yahoo shows 5,730 links to the entire domain
* Alexa ranking is less then 50,000
* Google Pagerank 6
* Receives about 200 visitors/day for the month of August '06 (has always been increasing)
* 90% is direct/bookmark traffic proving the longevity of the traffic.
* Other traffic would include links, search engines, and forum traffic.

* No gurantees are made with future website earnings.
* Hosting for 6 months can be included free on the existing server.

Approx $250 for the month. (I really started to promote the directory in July) More revenue details below.

I think I have set a very realistic minimum offer and BIN, and expect a lot of interest from bidders as I have put alot of effort into building and marketing this directory which is only going to grow. I am sure with the use of other affiliate programs you could better monetize the 2500 uniques/month.
