Just curious, what is that you aren't happy with regarding their service?

You can get drop lists for free then filter them yourself... no need for a paid service like that IMO.

I am getting partial results as if I was a non-member. And when sought answers from support, was left hanging.

Suggestions on getting the drop list?

And then are u filtering with something like DRT?

You can download drop lists at snapnames or pool.
Then you filter them using ms-access, excel, SQL or you write your own scripts.
