I can't seem to find out how to donate f$ to another member?

After 30 mins I give up. WHERE IS IT!

Found it inside of the store! This always happens to me. Whenever I break down and ask for help...seconds later I figure it out. This is why men dont ask for directions..we just look stupid because when we ask is when we are about 10 feet away. UGH!

Thanks anyways...but one thing... There doesnt seem to be anything in the FAQ about donations and how to do it.
