Hi Ayoubkhan, I think agreat domain is short, memorable, brand-ready, with a clean history and fair price.

I will simply say DYOR..., All indicators may be good in valuation.
I've ended up liquidating $Mn dollar worth domains for $$$, only because I had my renewals..
Simply put, you can valuate by your instincts, but you need a strong demand ...,
IMO, what the buyer would be willing to pay...
