The bidding history for 48 domains that I won in 2005-2007 is missing. They are in my registration history but not in the auction history.

Same here. 06-07 is gone.

Classic example of what I had been saying for years.

This is clearly a case where you technically and legally won this name at $64 and not $154 - netting Snap a 240% profit - not the 5% refund they are proposing.

If you think Snapnames don't know this sh** for his long.
You are fooling yourself.

They are all in the same bed -- Just Fuc*ing the customers only.

They F*** all domainers together.

They F*** all domainers together.
Very doubtful this is solely a Snap issue.

There is NO transparency in anything involving domain names. Why should there be? Because this is the biggest Multi-Billion Dollar industry on the planet that is Unregulated!

Well, it must be somewhere if they want to be able to compute the impact of the fraud. And I want to see it.

Read the email carefully. They are not proposing a 5% refund but a complete refund of the difference plus a 5.22% interest.

The oversee thread is now gone from this forum it seems.

Will they actually cough up the "rebate"?

At the end of the day will he be charged with a crime by snapnames, if not It would further make them look like it was an office secret.

I would bet money they dont even know how much this proposal tp pay people back will cost them. This was a quick response to an upcoming action...mark my words. When they actually run the numbers, they wont have the cash to cover this. They are done.

If you even have slightest question, if Snapnames as a company is involved, you are not thinking straight.

I don´t think they will pay for halvarez bids if they where middle bids! I mean if two or more bidders bidded more. They will probabbly refund you if you where the two top bidders. but who knows
