You're not going to get anywhere near $20,000 (IMO), because you don't have the prefered spelling of the word.

The prefered spelling is:
anesthesiology.com, without the a.

Consider that anesthesiology draws 325,000 results on Google, while anaesthesiology draws only 49,200. A scrupulous buyer will know the difference.

But I still like it. My realistic appraisal hovers around $2k, $5k max.

Ah, I see you are right.

But I think that my point remains a valid one, because Americans are typically the ones who spend big bucks on domain names.
