Wanted: Service and the next image job

I think I have found what I need for image hosting software/scripts pending my decision on what I like.

On to the next thing.

I am looking to also make a photo shareing site, one where pics with short descriptions are uploaded for the public to view. Something like the funny picture/joke sites around the net.

Anyone with info or software etc that is yseful, please let me know.
