My name eWAP.net appraised for $47,250 using this. That's nice but I'd be happy with $250 for it. Not sure how realistic these things are.

exactly. Even if they didnt harvest email addresses, who would trust an auto appraisal....

It'll work even if you don't put you email address in, and what kind of selections are you making to get ewap.net so high? Ewap is rarely used, it's not memorable and it's not generic. The tool is useless only if the information you input is useless!!!
