Note: I'm not an expert in appraising domains. I'm just a little familiar with CGI and some of the websites.
There are a lot of good CGI-help websites out there, and when I considered setting one up, it was almost impossible to find a good, memorable name. This domain name seems to have the CGI-related brand potential that I couldn't find in unregged domains. However, I don't think you'd get typins any time soon.
My guess is that you could get a low three figure sum. Maybe more if you find the right buyer. Why not run an Ebay auction with a reserve price you *know* you'd want to sell at? Either you'll find out what it might be worth, or you'll be happy selling it.
