any alternative to monstertemplate?

Is there any alternative to monstertemplate.com? On SE it seems that all the website proposing templates are affiliate of monster template or just proposing flash template.

Where can I find a large collection of HTML or HTML+ Flash header template in a $50 to $100 range?

I like and use monster template a lot but I can t find what I want for several projects so i need new options.

www.elated.com has some nice free templates as well as paid ones that can be found on pagekits.com

Or if you can wait 1 month longer - we soon will start a template site with original designs that will be different from anything you have seen so far.

Couple of good templates but impossible for me to download!
Also contact page broke - is this a useable site?
