Its a hard one. The term is not in wide usage but it seems someone has an upcoming project on the hyphenated version of the name.
If you do not have any offers on it, I would probably stick with low 4 figures as end user asking price and be very proactive in trying to find a buyer. Reseller wise I dont think the value is there at all.

I agree. Not much intrinsic value but it may be possible to find a buyer if you put some sweat into it.
It appears that the Clothing Resale Market (selling used clothing) is growing a good bit. Given that, it sounds like it could be a site clothing resalers use to get free or paid information on marketing their business successfully. I've see a lot of local clothing resellers come and go rather quickly as I believe they lack the retail and marketing skills to actually run a business. Yet it is a growing sector.
I think to get $X,XXX you will have to definitely do some research and "cold-calling".
