For Sale Any way to tell how many bidders on Pool?

Hi Guys,

Pool.com just caught a name I had backordered, and now I'm in the first phase of bidding. I have no idea how many other people may be bidding on the name, nor do I know how much they're bidding. Any idea on how to gauge if there even is competition to bid against?

I don't really like Pool's sytem, since the Challenger auction starts off with the highest sealed bid, it can easily jump to extremely high prices without me ever having a chance to know what to bid.

Pool sucks. Don't bid. If you get it for $60, then great. You are totally in the dark, so why bid?

Yeah, I put down an $80 bid. The thing is, I really want this domain, but I have no idea how other people will bid or even if there are any other bidders. Its a very targetted name and probably doesn't interest many common domain collectors, so I'm hoping there's no competition to bid against.

Is it a .com? Is it taken in other tlds?

Its a .com, all other TLD's taken. The name has a dash in it, and its a very specific name for an artist group of singers. The thing is, I'm guessing most domain catchers are older and wouldn't know of these guys, so maybe it slipped under the radar.

Another thing, I got outbid at NameWinner.com for the name today, any way to figure out what the last bid was? Thanks for your help!

Update:

Sealed phased just ended and I'm the top bidder with $100. Hah, either I beat the others out, or I'm the only one bidding which is the most likeliest scenario. So far the only bid put down is my $100 bid. Looking good...
