I was just wondering if there are any Escrow representatives on here

I wanted to find out the fees on say a transaction over $30K

I checked the Escrow calculator and it says $267 fees for a $30K transaction,it doesn't sound like a lot at all

It says its o.98% for transactions over $25,000.01

I just wanted to confirm this

I believe it's correct. $267 is a lot of money for Lip Service. You may want to send them an email to confirm.
They are normally good with answering emails.

You could always call their 800 number. I have always been able to talk to someone within 5 minutes or so.

Yes im in Oz and time difference can be tricky. ..all sorted now though
