Anyone have connections to cheap cruise prices?

I want to go on a Western Caribbean cruise out of Tampa, November the 2nd. The cruise line is Carnival and the ship is Inspiration. The lowest I can find is like $580 or something per person for a window view. Anyone have any connections to get this for me cheaper? I will need 4 tickets, 2 staterooms.
