Anyone heard of domain-audit.com?

Someone contacted me about one of my domain names and they’re giving me an offer for purchase but their asking me to get a certificate to ensure there are no legal or TM issues.

They want me to get the certificate from a site called domain-audit.com. Something feels off about this and I’m not interested in getting scammed.

Has anyone dealt with a scam like this before?

Yes very common scam. Its called the appraisal scam. All they really want is for you to pay 169 usd for an appraisal.
