got a couple threatening letters from a pharmaceutical company because i had domain names with their trademarked drugnames in there. i handed them over before the start of any fireworks!

I was sued I had registerred ritzcarltonhotels.com then they hired lawer i did not reply and eventually court gave them the domain

I guess you didn't have to pay any extra fees? Did you just noticed one day domain is gone from your account?
