Anyone here had dealings with domain deluxe?

A client of mine let a domain expire and I'm trying to retreive it... it is now owned by Domain Deluxe according to the whois, but they don't have it for sale.

has anyone here had dealings with them?

But there always is someone who will pay it.

i just hate to send money to any company in Hong Kong ... or any place in asia for that matter..... there's just no reasonable recourse if the company isn't ethical or above board. And the reality is this domain isn't anywhere worth $1k, let alone $5k, so it all might be a moot point....

I think You don`t have to worry that You lose Your money, they have been in this bisness for long time. So no scam.
Anyway You think that it`s not worth $1k or $5k, but that`s theyre asking price and they don`t sell much cheaper. Been there and seen it.
