Anyone with experience in mail?

I have popularmail.com and i may want to develop it. One thing i have absolutely no experience with is email. I run a developer shop, so all programming, design, etc. will be on me. If there is anyone out there who can come in as a partner and bring experience in building mail service commerce, please feel free to PM.
