Eighteen.tv is a pretty decent name, I think the $1000 was reasonable, but you might get a little more down the road.

$10,000 is a pretty big strech though...

In the UK, the main TV channels are BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 and Five. Five uses five.tv. More channels are likely to appear as UK becomes more like USA so maybe it's a good bet for the future.
