The organic search volume and CPC of the term is high enough that you would probably be well-served keeping this out of the reseller and domain markets, and finding yourself an end user (eg. a clothing retailer who owns generic .com names.) Since the singular term, and both singular and plural in .net extension, which is notable. SilkStockings.com (imo a slightly better name) recently sold on Flippa for $3,100; ThighHighStockings.com (way worse than your imo) sold for $720 on NameJet, but the sale was a few years ago -- however, between the two I think that gives you a decent range in which to fish for a buyer.

Just as an aside, SilkStockings.com was purchased by Local Domain Lease, which owns tons and tons of generics -- might be worth looking them up, mentioning their recent related purchase, and seeing if you can get a dialogue going.
