I listed quite recently on Sedo and gets over 1000 views so far.

I am not interested in Reseller Value Speculation, but retail only.

Your guess is as good as mine! I bought it because it is 5 letters and I seem to do OK with short domains, as long as they sound reasonable.

I sold a 5 letter domain for $5850 in 2021 that was epoid.com. My teeth nearly fell out when I got the message from dan.com I don't think domains need to have a meaning to sell as generic words are quite good for business start-ups.

True, but I’ve also received 12.3 million dollar offers for typos that didn’t pay out but I’ve also never received a legitimate offer on Xtah which is a word that was part of a makeup brand that’s now discontinued so it’s hard to predict what will happen.
