I would count on these being taken away from you, the pill mills spend millions in branding and advertising their products not to mention the huge R&D investments, they are not likely to allow a domainer to run wild with their trademarks.

I doubt that you'll get a C and D..the companies are probably not even interested in the .name extenstion.
