nice name for Alberta oilpatch. not sure how it could be developped unless into some sort of news site about activities in the oil patch, or a financial site about publicly traded oil companies, in which case you could tie it in with stocks, investment, etc. (high paying PPC). would appraise at under 5k, but a motivated oil company could pay much more for the prestige of having that name. good luck
