what is the worth value of any 3 letter .com domains with NO dash and NO number?

e.g. qyx.com? utf.com?

this is like asking for an appraisals of ALL BMW's - huge range....

I think the cheapies are worth $300-$350+ and the best ones can go for $8,000+

Me too! I'll take them all!

Not meant to offend anyone. That was the market at the time...

But this is a good lesson for many of us.

LOL...until I noticed the dates on this thread I was thinking what the heck is up with GT Web, he always seems to know what he is talking about and Tekz is always buying and selling 3 letters, why the heck is he asking for advice about them :)

Hats off to those who had the foresight to see the potential of them then. I made a few extra bucks that year (2003) and actually had some cash to play the game... I didn't pay any attention whatsoever to three letter .coms even though they were still reasonable on eBay at the time...

Let's hope we will have the same feeling as today if we read this thread 3 years from now :)

I was also wondering why tekz999 asked this question. After seeing the next post, I looked at the dates.

Stop bumping old threads - you are making me look more like an idiot than I do usually :-)

I remember a DNF auction where former owner GregR sold about a dozen 3 letter .coms from $250-$400 each...

Well...at that time those were decent prices. Plus, he wasn't really doing it for his own income - he auctioned these names to bring attention to the forum...and its safe to say he achieved that goal.
