Hi again Guys and Gals,

I have got the names ..

seofirms.net
and
seocompanies.net

(As usual the .com extensions were taken)

Anyway,I have been planning to start a project with regards to the zillions of SEO firms and companies out there. What I was thinking about doing was to do sometype of comparison site, comparing the services offered by different firms, etc, so that people can get an idea of what each company can do (or claim to do). I was also thinking of adding some pages as well with tips and advice on doing your own SEO.

How does that sound as an idea, and what do you think of the names ?? I couldnt decide which one to register, so I grabbed both. I prefer seofirms, as its shorter, but seocompanies seems to have better google and overture results.

So, any thoughts ???

I don't think the names themselves are worth much more than a reg fee, however with some developement as your talking about you could have a $x,xxx site in no time if developed correctly.

Thanks for the reply FP1.
What I am planning to do is to use the names, and make some kind of SEO advice and directory type site, which then can have articles for SEO, links to some of the many forums already online, as well as other useful tools and resources which people may find of use.

Thanks again

Good plan.

The .net shouldn't be too much of a hurdle. I'd still look for some brandable .com's before you start developing though.
