If you wanted to sell it at DNF undeveloped, you might get low XXX for it.

I think if you developed it into a daily blog of interesting things that suck on the internet you could do much better.

You can always switch the whole thing around and talk about why you think the internet is starting to suck, and you're using the internet to let the people who use the internet aware of the possible situation...
