Prob trademarked. However if you contact them, I still think you could get $500 for the domain. As they would most likely want to avoid taking legal action.

DO You send them regular mail? To You call them, To You fax them?

Personally I wouldn't be trying to sell a name like that, likely to be more trouble than its worth. The MOST I would do is hold onto it and wait for them to send you a letter, though personally I'd let it expire.

Stuff,

I lived in Jacksonville. Barnett was my bank (very nice bank also). They don't exist anymore. All trademarks are now owned by BankOfAmerica. As someone else suggested, you can easily get in trouble.

Still there might be a chance selling it to them as the name might still get traffic from links ;so the bank might be interested in the traffic.
