Just wanted to know what the domain, www.arcadeonline.com, is worth. Ignore the current site, traffic, etc... just curious as to the value of the domain by itself.

Easily high $xxx.xx to low $x,xxx conservatively. Probably more. Online arcades are very popular right now.

Kind of a funny one as the words are the wrong way round,i asked for a similar appraisal for machineslot.com and got the same answer as what ive just told you and an appraisal of 50-100 which i thought was on the low side but yeah i would agree with $xxx undeveloped !

i think you could possibly fetch $x,xxx to the right buyer. Yes its the wrong way round but is still a great name to develope and advertising would fix the wrong way round part and it is very easy to remember

GOod luck with this 1

So, that all said, if I receive an offer of $16k for the domain, the entire site, traffic, etc, should I accept? Site is receiving around 2000 visitors a day and revenue around $20 a day.

definatly would sell for $16k . Spend the money developing another venture or 2 and keep building.

There's a difference. MachineSlot.com doesn't make sense. ArcadeOnline.com does. Of course OnlineArcade.com would be better, but it's still a good name to develop.

Thanks for all your opinions guys... I've actually decided to hold on to the domain and site for the time being. I hope it's the right decision.

16k sounds about right for a site + revenue of $20 per day. Im thinking you could prob fetch more if you really wanted to. But i would certainly accept a 16k offer.

good luck,

I think you were right to reject the $16K offer. I wouldn't take less than 3 years revenue for a site like this ($22K if thats a consistent $20/day average). Good luck.
