I have noticed that on eBay they list a few Casino websites that are for sale and I have been looking into buying one of them. Are these websites legal?

The website does not have its servers in the United States and the gambling accounts are all handled by casino's in Antigua so is this still legal? I want to be safe rather than sorry and I don't want the feds knocking on my door, lol... Please let me know if these websites that are basically a "marketing tactic" for the casino's are legal. Thanks!

The question you should ask yourself is why anyone would want to sell a money-machine... My bet is that the sites for sale dont make as much money as they claim they do.

Any proof they can give you can be falsified. An affiliate program statement could be generated from multiple sites and not just from the one they are selling.

A gambling site doesn't take much work so why wouldn't they just let it run it and laugh all the way to the bank?

Dont buy, thats my recommendation.

many of the casino "sites" i've seen selling on ebay are nothing more than affiliate programs being run through domains - so all you're buying is the domain and details of the affiliate behind it, hardly something unique or non-replicable.

Ebay casino sites for sale are crap. You'd be better off buying your own made up domain and pointing it to an affiliate.. Youd sure save $$$
