Maybe it's the "association" ending?

How much do you think OwYa.com should sell for?

I think it's more about brandability of the domain as a whole.
Some of these names are pronounceable CVCV also.

I agree. As with all domains it really comes down to how memorable and brandable the name is. The pronounceable LLLL's are a gold mine for companies, and even the ones that aren't pronounceable are valuable (so many stock ticker symbols are 4 letters).

Having a meaning is a bonus, but not always what companies need/want. LLLL's with no meaning allow a company to create something brand new ... I know google isn't an LLLL but what the heck was/is a google before those guys came along ...

An A at the end of a LLLL.com does not mean higher price at all. Like they said it's brandability and/or being pronounceable, unless it's a classic quadruple premium which is bought typically as an acronym and then it's a great one (TBGA.com is a true quad yet it's not pronounceable or even brandable, but due to its great letters it stands for a phrase, co name, etc)
