It does make sense if you think about it for a while. Sedo doesn't ban those domains from parking, but their ads-provider Google does. Google has no influence on the marketplace section.
If that is the case, then these names are poison...waiting for a URDP/WIPO.

And sedo should be brought down also for facilitating the sale.

The concern any one in their right minds should have -

as a seller - these names could be seized/taken away at anytime - even after the sale.

as a buyer - if I paid this kind of jack I am seeing and had the name seized/taken away, you can damn well better believe I would be hauling the seller and Sedo into court.

This is absurd to know the rules and laws but still facilitate the sale of "illegal" or "stolen" goods. And I am sure there is a court somewhere that would view the matter this way.

Having a TOS does not alleviated culpability.

Just like the registrars who tell you that you can not register a TM name and then allow you to do exactly that. Then they will even help you find a buyer.

And domainers wonder why they have such a bad rep.
