Wanted: Service Are there geodomain developers/consultants?

I need to create a major city site, and want to do it right. It's one with lots of potential on a great domain name. I'm wondering if there are any developers or consultants that specialize in this? For example, someone who really understand how to make money off of hotel reservations made through the site.
