What can I do with the site: you can do many more things ... imagine with the number of visitors and page views ... eg. you can advertise your own webhosting company, ask members to upgrade into paid services, banners, text link, etc

Reason for sale: my new apartment would be ready within 2-3 weeks time, i need some more cash to purchase furniture, etc. basically i am trying to sell all sites that i have before my furnitures are coming

How to Transfer: as soon as payment is received, i would do pkgacct using cpanel and transfer everything to you ... the domain name would also be transfered to your name (you must have namecheap account, it's free registration) after the money is cleared
